Logan Corey Christian was born at 5:52 on 3/8/10, only 47 minutes after we arrived at the hospital. He was delivered by emergency C-section because of umbilical cord prolapse - the umbilical cord was coming out before his head - each time I had a contraction, his head put pressure on the cord and cut off his blood supply. Because the C-section happened so quickly, I was put under general anesthesia and Corey couldn't be in the room. We are so very thankful that everything turned out alright. I didn't meet Logan right away because I had to wait until the anesthesia wore off some. So, Corey took pictures and video with my phone so I could see my baby boy.
